The Amended Sycuan Tribal Gaming Compact and the Existing 1999 Compact - A Comparison of Key Provisions

Sycuan currently operates with an existing compact with the State of California. That compact requires far less in payments to the State and does not contain the expanded environmental review provisions of the amended compact.
